How do I know if a product is in stock?

We do our best to keep our online database current so you will be notified on the Shopping Cart screen if any of your items are out of stock.

How do I find my shipping rate?

Shipping rates are calculated on our checkout pages, and are quoted before you are prompted for payment.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Our shipping prices are calculated based on weight, distance, and speed, and only include a moderate handling fee. To save you money, we recommend that you examine all shipping options before making your choice, as depending on your package, prices will vary greatly.

     

     Free Shipping Over $150 is valid only within the Continental United States.

    Free Shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any orders shipped outside the United States.

    Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. You may select from Standard Delivery (4-10 days), 2nd Day Air, or Overnight (next business day) Delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Some orders maybe shipped using USPS, depending on delivery address. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays.
    Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is by Standard delivery only, and the average delivery time is 5-10 business days. Please note that orders to Hawaii are shipped using USPS.

     Standard Delivery
    Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday before 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the following Monday.

     3 Day Shipping
    All Third Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Third Day Air orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the following business day. Third Day Air orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
    Third Day Air is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

     2nd Day Air
    All Second Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Second Day Air orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the following business day. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
    Second Day Air is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.Overnight Delivery (Next Business Day)

     Overnight Shipping
    Orders placed with Overnight Delivery (next business day) must be confirmed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 11:00 a.m. PST. Credit card authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval.
    Overnight Delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

We can now ship international orders through USPS international standard.

How do I make a Exchange or Return?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your payment. Complete the form on the back of your invoice and send us the items that you would like to return/exchange.

  • Returns/Exchanges are ONLY accepted within 30 days of the shipped date.
  • Orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii or Canada is not exchangeable or a $10 fee will be applied.
  • You may not return or exchange:  sale items, cosmetics, jewelry, lingerie, I.D. cases, sunglasses, and gift certificates.
  • Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.

  • Exchange You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item. To ensure that your item is not sold out, please email us to hold your item(s). For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge. We will pay to have your exchanged merchandise shipped back out to you. Just follow the return instructions and mark the box labeled “Exchange".
  • Return After filling out return form you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible). Attach the pre-printed return label to the outside of your return package. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. That way you will be protected from loss during shipping. Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement. By shopping with us you have agreed to the return/exchange policies stated above.
